Britney Spears was arguably, at one point, the most famous person on the planet. Her music videos were massive events through MTV's TRL, her image and style heavily dictated fashion, record labels came up with multiple clones of her to compete, and she was basically everywhere. Britney was a cultural, global phenomenon. We have yet to see another female artist that have replicated or even came close to her fame and impact, especially in today's fragmented, streaming-focused media landscape. Numbers wise, she has long been surpassed by a few group of artists who have consistently achieved success like Taylor Swift but as a global phenomenon, she remains untouchable since her debut.

She need better costumes or ensembles for her next tours. She has yet to reach Sabrina-level of fame and success where we can say she had a moment in music industry tho she still is consistent, success wise. I think she has what it takes to be the ultimate popstar ala Britney if she play her cards right for her next era.

Goldman wrote the song in 2020 and Céline recorded it just last year. So good to hear her recent vocals and the song is absolutely divine. Although, the weirdest single rollout of her career or atleast, maybe, this is just a promo single or something. No prior announcements and still no official announcement as of writing other than the video teasers on IG story lol.

Putting Mariah's career touring shows with arenas and stadium dates to Céline's residency shows which only played to a 5k capacity coliseum is not a fair comparison. Even with less less shows, Céline still gets the upper hand. According to Pollstar, Mariah grossed $124.7M from 238 reported shows from 2000 to 2020. Celine Dion Live 2017 and Summer Tour 2016 both grossed $119.3M together from a combined 53 shows.
