Fair score. It’s one of her weakest efforts for sure.

Her weakest effort is Loser. Their review kinda on point, love the YOKO ONO and WCS stanning but it's all irrelevant when Loser has higher score than Midnight. I agrih with Halsey, we should destroy their basement :gaycat7:

finally a review that somewhatt reflect what the album deseerves..

this is a mediocre album at best.

I’m glad they don’t kiss her ass. This score is the same as her RYM and AOTY score, which proves REAL music listeners know the album ain’t ****

I'm happy to see Pitchfork stanning YOKO ONO and WCS and panning Jack's vocal production, fair review and fair score :clap3:

Doesn't deserve more. It's obvious that most of the 100s this album has were either bought or made as a way to lick Taylor Swift's ass and/or avoid bullying by Swifties. The album is nice and I'd probably it give it even a 7,5, but I'm glad she's not getting anywhere close the 96 she had in the beginning

They truly hate her. The 8.0 for Folklore was ridiculous.

8 is a perfect score for her best album.

This album reminds me of Positions: a post-magnum opus album created for the sake if its existence, rather than a genuine POV conviction.

I’d say she shouldve just released another TV instead but I really dont think any of this affects Taylor long term. She still has a hunger for commercial success and her fanbase is more potent than ever. It’s near impossible to miss with that deadly combo. Not even the album’s longevity will take a hit based on how all her past ones perform on streaming.

someone on here called it that quinn moreland would be the reviewer bc she went priv on twitter last week lmao

it was me lmao i knew it would be her the second she went private.. same thing happened with anna gaca when solar power dropped

i’m honestly quite shocked that this didn’t get a lower score, some pitchfork writers were tearing it apart on twitter. also swifties got lucky that miss quinn moreland seemed nice this time, her tone on some reviews is usually quite sassy and TO ME she’s their meanest writer — have y’all ever read her piece about jack antonoff? lmao she hates him.

But maybe all the irritation surrounding Antonoff has less to do with underwhelming songs but his public persona. The man has a real Dan Humphrey aura about him, and can’t go a single interview without mentioning how growing up across the river from Manhattan made him insecure, despite the fact that he attended a prestigious performing arts high school next to Central Park. He talks of idolizing the Boss, and then releases an album that’s borderline Springsteen cosplay—cheesy and cliché at best, and musical manspreading at worst. And isn’t it strange that the past two Bleachers albums have arrived roughly two weeks before that of Lorde’s?

See? See? They hate her. and Quinn Moreland looks straight out of The Hills Have Eyes, Google is your friend. There is always an ugliness to how mean of a reviewer there are ratio. And you may say "how mean of you to say that" but this is someone who makes a living tearing people's art apart. Like Whitney said of Wendy, "maybe people should see what you look like". It's always those types talking ****.

I'm always right. All P4k is is uglies taking out their insecurities on beautiful people.

Lower than Loser who had 18 songs that included IFTYE, ME! and YNTCD. I'm speechless.

Still above average for their pop album scores. Maroon didn't deserve any lashings, but then again it's that one reviewer's personal taste. :matty:

no Maroon slander in this house please :katie:

Right? Imagine how UGLY you have to be to hate that song. Only beautiful people can relate to a doomed romance dancing in the moonlight in New York.
