I think she has undisclosed health issues. She passed out on a plane a few years ago and on set during her Moesha days. Not sure if the circumstances were similar to this one however. Those two incidents were  described as A result of stress so it could be just that for all we know. Hope she makes a full recovery though

It happened during the Slayana tour too. 

 

I'm really worried about her.
