Who even trusts metacritic? It’s become gentrified and more worthless than rotten tomatoes. 

People on this forum really don’t understand music. It’s lost all meaning on deaf ears who only care about ratings. Both albums are phenomenal. Reviews are mostly subjective either way you flip it

Beyonce has and always be better and more acclaimed and more relevant than GaGa. When was the last time Lady G occupied the top 15 like this?

Beyonce could release an album filled with recordings of her taking a dump and it would get 90+ ratings and endless praises... on the other hand if any other girl released Renaissance it would most likely get mixed ratings

I guess we're going to have to wait until Beyoncé releases an album that is not next level before we can test that theory. Because Renaissance IS a fantastic album with amazing and polished production with attention to details. Beyoncé, 40+ and mom of three, really took the time to do her homework and release a well thoughout house album, taking inspiration from the ballroom culture in a smart and respectful way. Not everyone can say the same. :clap3:

Well considering that she shared some of the producers with another high profile female and that one ended up being one of the best album of its year and the other ended being a forgettable average album, I'd say that Beyoncé's involvement really was essential. :gayoncecat1:
