KillingYourCareer Posted June 7, 2022 Share Posted June 7, 2022 (edited) I don't really eat white rice outside of Japanese and Indian restaurants. In the former it's sushi rice, in the latter the basmati is great to eat with the creamy veggie sauces. But at home I only make rice in the form of risotto all'onda, so there's always something else in it, be it peas, radicchio (red salad), champagne, saffron and so on.
