hopefully this is the case. we do need another single from this era though! but I do agree, I could see it coming sooner rather than later as she's already been in the studio again.

I wonder if a deluxe with new songs is still in the cards. it'd help her keep her momentum going until she's ready to launch a new era (which shouldn't be TOO long or else her effort is gonna go to waste)

to be quite fair we all knew Katy's move from more Rock infused Pop music to Bubblegum/Dance Pop would inevitably make her replaceable. she did leave a huge mark in the industry though and her streams from her catalogue are still insane. I think she'll continue to put music out to small success, but I don't think she'll be able to recover unless she comes up with a beautifully written/composed project to prove she's still much more than the "Katy Perry" brand.
