Shes a legend, shes the root of pop but is her videography really that impressive. 

 

She excelled on choreo, no debate but visual wise. Shes not seeing her peers MJ and madonna.

she's in da holy trinity of female videographies with Madonna & Bjork so no they're not overrated 

No, her videos are legit groundbreaking (especially the ones from Rhythm Nation 1814). Not overrated in the slightest 

 

A perfect example of overrated videographies would be Lady Gaga
