I don't know if I love this album so much or I don't care about because I keep coming back to it all the time.

Meteorite, Deadend, Holding Back, Skinnydipped, Burn, Unleavable all excellent

 

once this grows on you, it becomes better than III. she did that!!

definitely weaker than III and the first two albums, I guess she's allowed to make a weaker record since its her fourth. 

 

Kind of obsessed with Deadend and Burn at the moment.

Honestly, Deadend is the only song I can’t seem to get into at all. It feels like there’s nothing going on melodically or production-wise

The album is definitely growing on me but I think it's still weaker than her first 3. Her first 3 barely had skips (especially the Altar & III) while this one only has 5 strong songs. I feel like she also didn't choose the best lead up songs after Skinnydipped. 

 

I hope she atleast pushes this album and puts out more videos cause III only having 1 video despite having multiple career highlights is insane. 

Agreed this album grows on you but yeah idk it just doesn’t feel totally complete/fully realised. I feel like each song has strong moments/components but are let down by shitting mixing, lazy production or by being too short.
 

I think at the moment **** Love and Anything 4 U are my favourites, however the latter desperately needed a third chorus. It would be top 10 of her discography for me if it did.

agreed, I've been waiting for a video for Holding Back although I don't think it's gonna happen

my favorite single and one of the only songs I liked from this album

i have to agree that this is terrible… long term fan and i’ve tried my best to get into it but its objectively lazy, uninspired and bad… i will be taking toilet breaks @ her tour

She still produces and writes most of her own music which counts for a lot. The Altar & III are her best albums so you're wrong.

Pretty much this  I’ve forgotten about the album already honestly. 

Which songs from III do you think will make it to this tour? her tours are usually very new album heavy. I need Godless, Stroke, Contaminated and Stroke - Propaganda is a plus. 

 

I hope we get a good video for **** Love & Deadend - it would be cool to see her do a video more dynamic like The Devil.

When III was released I couldn't stop playing it over and over and I got so attached to the songs. 

 

This new album is just like a bunch of outtakes from The Altar and III.
