  1. Erm this conversation is really nuanced. It absolutely happens in public places and living rurally in the uk I can confirm this seems to be prominent in the day time at beauty spots and places with children's play parks near by. In that instance yes. Cruising is a massive part of our heritage back in the day when being covert was a legal necessity, and due to the institutional homophobia this always happened in gents toilets and bushes late at night and in the early hours. In 2026 there are so many ways and places to meet like minded men, there are clubs and sauna's readily available for this purpose. If you're using a designated space then fairs fair between consenting adults, but when you take it out into public landscape (and there are definitely a large cohort of men who does this for the thrill of getting caught) then I worry that this feeds the gammon narrative that gays are trying to sexualise everyone and their families.
  2. The way she's publicly acknowledging and confirming leaked tracks she's so over this
  3. @GRMusic Universal Music UK CEO David Joseph destroyed around 14 song demos intended for Amy Winehouse's third album in 2015 to prevent anyone from commercially exploiting or finishing her unfinished vocal stems.
  4. Meh he'd of pulled this stunt regardless of his legal troubles. If she were still alive we'd still get something for this
  5. I think most of them were destroyed in line with Amy's wishes. She didn't like what she put out in the later years

  8. I don't think it's necessary the music that's the problem. It's that there was just no need to release this album if they weren't sure on what they wanted it to be. We've all heard dozens of tracks that could have made a very good record. We know that this album has seen at least three very separate iterations. If this a contract fulfilment, or a bit of a protest then must it truly compromise quality and fan service? Some of us have been with her for seventeen years and seeing this happen to her when we know that she's more than capable and she has a plethora of material to give us a fleshed project is really frustrating.
  9. Kind of this, "I get a thrill knowing he chose me" sis, if you'd of said no it would have been the next nasty, immoral and emotionally immoral twink after you. With men like that, the only person they think is special is them. As the OP perfectly illustrates with their entire post.
  10. I have all four Teletubbies in my guest room for all my friends kids?
  11. Listen I don't know James Blunt on a friendship level, but he drinks in my parents local, we've stood side by side at a bar a few times, his wife goes to some gym classes with my mum, and we share a barber. When I say they are the most normal, down to earth family, I say it with my hand on my heart. I'd be absolutely amazed if this were true, i saw this a few days ago on X and another name was also thrown into the frame. Without any definitive proof I really think we shouldn't jump to conclusions. This man's an army veteran, with two decades of industry under his belt and has never been accused of anything like this before and to be clear hasn't been accused now. Leave him be, he's literally just sitting round Gloucestershire with his young family being inoffensive as anything and genuinely kind.
  12. Out September fourth, vault tracks, demos, reworks and new songs.
  13. I agree with you and quite frankly finding commercial success was the worst thing to happen to her artistry. I'm surprised but really quite proud to see her doing this. She's always appreciated how fortunate she is, and she's used her opportunity not only to better the planet, but herself also. From learning how to speak properly from watching the news, to not squandering her money and building an empire that consists of property and an ever growing brand that in itself is becoming a house hold name whilst remaining true to her sustainable values. To think it's her taking on these two men who have been questionably managing and extorting female artists for a hot minute is so left field yet so obvious. I hope she wins and I hope this sets a precedent for the industry. Riding Lana's success will only take them so far, and if they're taking 20% from her too then they best hope she stays.
  14. I wonder if THAT leak was retaliation because we know the files comes from them.
  15. And so it begins
  16. I wouldn't be surprised, effectively this means they aren't allowed to consider any other offers that might be sent their way, regardless of it's better than the current option. If they've repeatedly omitted this information then we could potentially see a group action with Loreen, Dua, Ellie, Mabel etc. I wonder if Lana will stay put.
  17. Because the only reason she didn't know (despite her knowing too much) is because they failed to disclose and the onus was on them to do business in line with their duty of candour.
  18. This is that remix album that was listed the other week
  19. Essentially Ellie is three different artists, she's the indie folk girl, the dance floor darling, and a trying pop star. She's good at all three, but she could be great if she stuck to one or the other.
  20. I haven't seen this in a long time but it's a prime example of just because you could doesn't me you should. The half hearted choreography, the really ugly looks, the nipple rubbing whilst smirking like they're giving something. It's no wonder nobody is taking this seriously as "art".
  21. I get the feeling that she might be, but at the same time her lack of investment in writing an album over the last couple of years makes me worry. These last two have just felt like unreleased compilations and like shes no set vision for the album. I hope if she does she really gives us a front to back album with a concept and some personality. I like all of the songs so far, but Lights, Halcyon, Delirium and BB (the first disc) were really solid bodies of work and I'm not getting that impression this time around.
  22. In store tour announced. Is the promo she promised was coming 💀 dear lord we're in the trenches.
  23. In this context though a deluxe would be a reissue
