Not really a request but, any recommendations of programs or online websites to cut heavy videos? I want to make gifs of tours but it's a bit of a nightmare because of the file size of the vids.

All except the last second avi size

LosslessCut or Avidemux is what you're looking for. Both can cut without reencoding so it saves in seconds
