I was just pointing out the hypochrisy of users here choosing to believe accusations from the other side which are just as groudless.

 

Authentic or not, the idea is that word of these happenings was out way before HYBE declared any of it. And I don't see the point in fabricating it internally since at that time they were refusing to give details on this to the public and have only done so after the law firm threatened them. But I could as well be wrong.

 

We will have to wait and see. 

The legal action was towards the people who spread the rumours, not the victim that leaked the School Violence Committee document. AFAIK, HYBE hasn't sued the victim nor has the victim sued HYBE. 

 

Is it groundless if there is the document? If anything, the document at least proves that Garam perpetrated school violence, also confirmed by the MOE while HYBE hasn't provided any solid proof against the document, only 'alternative facts'. 

 

Yes, ultimately, we will have to wait and see if the details in the document matches their explanations as claimed. 

 

Either way, if in the end they cannot prove that Garam did not bully anyone and is completely innocent, I don't think her reputation will recover. The severity of the bullying is not a point of concern to the GP from what I observed.

I agree. Even if some of the allegations are disproved, not all of them can at this point, because there are documents that have been confirmed as fact. Her image is completely damaged to the public and HYBE's statements only made it worse. 

 

And a key point all the Garam supporters keep forgetting is the 5 other girls and their careers. I don't even like the group (or IZ*ONE) but even I can see how unfair this must be for the other girls, the longer this scandal goes on and on.

 

They must feel like all their hard work and opportunities have been put at risk by this controversy. It's a shame and HYBE needs to take decisive action to protect them. A big 3 company would never have let it get this far.
