Nothing has been confirm, but we know that HYBE has been lying in their statements the moment where they: 

- went to her school and threaten the students to sue them if they talk on internet or to the press. The fact that those student showed proofs of it too, shows how unprofessional they are, and especially not sure they are she is actually innocent.

- have their own employees going to blind website saying how bad they are treating the case and some even said she might be guilty if there are all these proofs.

I have not seen this proof that hybe representants have went to achool and asked them to not talk on the internet or press. But if indeed true, they've stated that they have begun legal actions in this case long ago. So there is most likely an on-going process already. Them telling students not to go running their mouths would actually be a warning and a favour, cause if any of them say something stupid that is proven false in court they will be in serious legal trouble. 

 

Normal employess complaining about legal stuff they have no clue about has the same value as all of us here complaining about it. 

 

So again how do you KNOW they have been lying in their statement? Cause if the victim side is to be believed, then you have to believe HYBE as well since the proof at hand is a document BOTH sides have. Especially since HYBe did not refute any of their claims, just added onto them.  If the fact that Eunseo commited sexual assault and there was no physical violence are lies, why didn't they come out to show the whole thing in the 4 days it's been since then like they said they would?

 

Hybe did give further context on top of that, but it remains speculative at this stage. 

 

So nothing has been confirmed and you cannot possibly know they lied. At least not yet.

 

tI'll be staying out of this from now on cause it's very clear that most of you do not think this clearly and are just going along with sensationalistic theories + I don't really care about this girl like that or if she stays or leaves. I'm just appalled at the rampant stupidity in here.

The hypocrisy

 

The moment a part of the school violence committee document is released, it's already over for her reputation with the general public. And yes, the school violence committee is not a court and the judgement varies school by school but iirc it is still very rare to get a level 5 punishment. Having it confirmed by the MOE is probably the final nail in the coffin. 

 

The only way HYBE could turn this around is if they discredit the document but their last statement was just downplaying what happened to warrant the level 5 punishment. The first statement stating she's entirely innocent and now the latest statement implying that she wasn't as innocent as stated in the first statement doesn't strike much confidence in HYBE's credibility. Doubt the GP will trust any further statements from HYBE regarding this scandal unless backed up by solid proof (ex: verified testimonials to match their explanation) which HYBE hasn't provided since the start or if the details in the document matches HYBE's explanation.

Y'all need to stop believing everything you read on pann cause what school exactly did they went to... Everyone involved is in different high schools now

All the education ministry said is that 5th level punishment is indeed severe and usually includes physical violence but every school is different. Y'all think they called the school and read her records. Lord  

I completely don't understand the second part of your sentence.
