What we know so far is that the victim side claimed they were bullied and have the certificate with a level 5 to prove it and threatened to make it public to the media if Garam/hybe don't apologize. Since then, HYBE did not apologize and claimed that the same certificate states that this was caused because the 'victim' commited sexual assault against Garam's friend and that there was NO physical violence involved in the altercation they had. It would be very odd if they lied about this since the other side threatened to make the document public the day before.

I never paid much attention to the discourse in here outside of music related stuff but with this scandal I realized most users in here are not very bright. 

I see a lot of the people in this very thread are running with their own theories about how “evil” she is without the full picture, they’re literally serving the hypocrites knetz. 
would it kill y’all to stay neutral until this thing concludes from both sides before villainizing this teenage girl or any other minor? 
this reminds me of the time when woojin from stray kids was accused of sexual assault and everybody attacked him and called him names and destroyed his career and image, then he was proven innocent after investigation concluded a year later.  not saying that I know if Garam is innocent or not, but y’all are not professionals nor y’all know the full details, so just stop jumping to conclusions and making up your mind already.
