Okay, so they did not contradict any of the context hybe gave to that document, which they also confirmed vas valid and admitted Garam had faulty behaviours. Good to know.

"Faulty behavior" Yeah, sure, I'm sure just a little light verbal bullying is all she did because HYBE would never lie right? It was a Level 5 infraction, from the majority of comments, it's way more serious than just screaming cuss words at someone. 

 

It's possible to have reservations and debate the case without chalking down someone's suicide attempt to being bitter and jealous. The law firm even has text messages ready to be leaked, the full story isn't out yet.

I used faulty behavior as an umbrella term to show she indeed had wronged.  We don't know exactly what the harrassing consisted of yet. 

 

Texts/messages are just verbal abuse in written format.

 

They are however stating that the document specifies there is no physical violence. It is most probably they have the document, so why would they lie about this, especially since the law firm had just threatened to make the whole document public too the day before? It doesn't make any sense.

Well, the law firm stated they have text messages from Garam where she lures the victim somewhere to be assaulted ready to be publicized if they don't get an apology so we'll have to see what happens. If you don't like a hoard mentality, you should go against the grain and wait before mocking the alleged victim.
