 Summarised points from Reddit:

 

•    ⁠HYBE/Source reiterated that they had not shared details previously due to sensitive aspects of the bullying, especially in regards to the involved being minors. They decided to share more information now due to the newest allegations being one-sided.
•    ⁠Yoo Eunseo allegedly photographed a classmate (friend of Garam) partly undressed without consent and posted it to social media on another friend's account. This is included in the School Committee report Eunseo's representative referred to, but did not mention.
•    ⁠Angered on behalf of the classmate, Kim Garam and her friends non-violently confronted Eunseo, but did use verbal curses and insults. Eunseo admitted it was wrong to post the photo.
•    ⁠Eunseo reported Garam/friends to the School Committee about the confrontation, accusing them of bullying her. Before the Committee had completed their investigaton Eunseo transferred schools.
•    ⁠Another incident from earlier in the school year is described when Garam and Eunseo were friends. They argued at a retreat when Garam learned Eunseo had been insulting Garam and her friends to others. They both apologized and resolved the argument. But Eunseo talked to male friends about the incident and together threatened to use physical violence against Garam. Garam broke contact with Eunseo at that time.
•    ⁠It is claimed that there are multiple third parties/classmates who witnessed or are familiar with the various incidents and the School Committee meeting and can testify to the above.
•    ⁠Hybe/Source describes that Garam was harassed and bullied at school and in group chats and requested help from a teacher. And that rumors continue to be spread since her debut. Each rumor is listed and a counter-claim is provided.
•    ⁠They apologize for Garam's use of verbal insults against Eunseo during the photo incident and state Garam is reflecting on her immature actions during her first year of middle school.
•    ⁠Garam will temporarily rest from promotions to recover from the stress of recent rumors/attacks and LE SSERAFIM will promote as 5 until then.

YG literally disbanded 2NE1, one of the biggest GG of the world at that time. 

It’s so funny how JYP managed to keep its bullies, made them apologize, went on a short hiatus, and came back like nothing ever happened and now everybody forgot about it. So fearless.mp3

That's why i've been saying, it seems its good for Koreans and now international fans to bash a 16yo girl, writing the most hateful things you could ever imagine, but its ok because she was a bully when she was 12yo.

Like, it doesn't makes sense to me. Everyone knows and agree that she should leave the group and maybe leave South Korea at this point, but we should be better, be kind with our words.
