Okay so it is actually a more complex situation rather than a black & white Garam is this sick twisted demon tormenting her poor innocent colleagues   which was kinda expected since these were literal kids we're talking about but I digress.

 

What I got from that is that Garam and the supposed victim were in the same group of friends for a few months as they started middle school, they had a fallout as Garam found out the 'victim' was gossiping about her, the victim told this to friends outside of school which threatening to beat Garam. They stopped being friends as a result.  
 

Then the victim took a photo of one of Garam's best friends in her underwear and posted it on social media without permit. As a result Garam

and her group of friends harrased the 'victim' for a while, which resulted in the document leaked a few days ago. However that document clearly states there was no physical violence involved. 
 

Reading all of this now I kinda see why Hybe/Somu was reluctant to go into a lot of detail regarding the situation as it indeed revolves around minors. The fact that all of this came out to public and media outlets caused more harm for every party included.

So SoMu’s strategy is to discredit the committee report, except for the bit on it on it that helps garam’s case? Don’t see that backfiring at all.

So the victim who allegedly is a bully was able to threatened and bully Garam without facing anything from the school but Garam who allegedly defended herself and her friends is the only one who faced the school committee and was declared guilty (and the document is real)?

So far Source Music is defending Garam as much as they can and the things they said in the statement actually provide a lot of facts about the other girl that I didn’t know before. Looks like she was in the wrong for taking the naked picture without the girl’s permission, before Garam confronted her. So it doesn’t seem to be as black and white as we thought. But let’s see what the girl’s side says in their statement. More mess incoming.

According to the statement, she transferred schools before she had to face anything. Idk how that is possible but yeah

How are they discrediting it? They actually acknowledged its authenticity and admitted to Garam having faulty behavior, they just gave the context in which the document occurred and clarified that it mentions there was no physical violence included, which the victim conveniently cropped out of the leaked photo.

It seems that the threatening from the victim's friends group happened outside of school, while Garam and her friends harassed the victim AT the school, so that's probably why.

The victim didn’t face anything while she posted an underwear pic of but D could’ve exposed her with the pic  no way Garam and friends got punished since they apparently did nothing wrong and the victim just moved from another school

Thinking of how Lia and that tw!nk from Stray Kidz still get dragged to this day, if Garam stays (and she probably will, it doesn't seem like Source/Hybe is willing to back down from defending her), a STAIN will remain on Lesserafim's name for a long time.

Minju is probably clarvoyant, she KNEW how to avoid a mess like this.

Gotta love all these 12 year olds conducting psychological gang warfare, but the girl is too young to debut in a group because of a little bare midriff or whatever.
