Kim Shinyoung has been nice to girl group members for Decades. She protected them and even invited a lot of nugu girl group to her radio show back in the day when they had no schedules. So in this house we stan her.

Cause if what they said in that statement is indeed true then they are just showing the whole picture of the happenings instead of convenient bits, unlike the victim's stance. And that's actually what the victim's law firm demanded of them yesterday in fact.

Yeah, that is true. 
 

But the other side has also not provided any proofs of this 'severe' bullying other than that document which in fact states that there was no physical harassment (unlike previously implied) if HYBE's statement is to be trusted. And they most probably have the document too so I doubt they would lie about it.

 

Perhaps the school will be able to talk now and confirm/infirm some of this

They technically disbanded after Helicopter when Elkie left. She revealed the company was not going to invest in them and just wait for their contract to be over. Which is why both Elkie and Sorn jumped ship, cause Elkie's contract would be valid until 2024.
