Y'all, I'm so glad she's finally back, and she sounds amazing.  Motherhood suits her

And I'm glad a lot of y'all are posting again

Same, and I'm one of them lmao.

I like the song and I hope it's very successful (especially for Chadwick) but I still feel like an itch hasn't been scratched cos we still have no idea what direction she's gone in with her own music. This song really tells us nothing about her album cos it originated with the Disney team. Even vocally, it's hard to make any guesses cos we can't say how much of her album was recorded before/after her pregnancy.

  • this is a random rant but I'm proud of (the majority) of us. Some of these girls on here are so fickle they've abandoned their original favs that are still active and bandwagoned anyone else with subs

FYI

Really?

When did BB reweigh their formula?

Also, does that explain why so many OLD songs just sit on the charts for months on end - radio?

It was revealed back in August that they redid their formula. As for why so many old songs just sit on the charts, radio plays a huge part in that. You’re going to see radio deals be more common.

She succeeded in what I imagine she wanted to achieve, which was making a tribute for Chadwick that would fit in the movie. If it becomes a hit that would just be a plus.

ATRL will never learn when it  comes to Rihanna.  Nothing has changed.  RIRI GURL, lift me up

This is such a good point. That's why it's been hilarious to see people bash the song as if it is meant to be anything more than what it is.

Her fashion choices lately.. Idk what to say, SB outfit needs to be iconic not oversized mess

 I absolutely hate this look.

She is concerned about her image.

It's obvious at this point. And for me that is sad. I don't like her looks. But because you can sense her being uncomfortable.

Anyway... Amazing numbers for LMU so far...

Much better than what the initial thoughts came to expect.

Riri powaaa

Her fashion choices lately have been...interesting :deadbanana4:

Yeah. I hate to admit it but she's clearly conscious about certain parts showing post-birth and I think that's why both recent looks we've seen kind of cover the waist, and I guess it's only natural for anyone who's had a child mere months ago and has to step back into the limelight. It seems to be worse when it comes to red carpets for some reason because she's had recent street looks that clear the recent red carpet ones easily. I'd hate to think that she saw the horrid fat-shaming tweets but I hope she's back feeling like her old confident self on the red carpet again.

She self conscious rn which is normal for most women post-pregnancy. She still wanna be herself yet your body and other things change after you give birth.

Give her a few weeks/months she will find her right footing again.

For example the premiere look it's not one of my favorite but it's different and she looks pretty.

And the video outfit is amazing.

But the one of the Savage premiere is horrendous for me.

The song definitely exceeded my expectations streaming wise. I really expected this to go nowhere but then again it's Rihanna. Can't imagine what her album material will do :deadbanana4:

Right, everyone being so insanely dramatic just for it to totally connect with the GP is a ki :rip:

I like that this is oriented to another nitche.

At least she went out and published something new again.

I'm happy it's doing much better than expected
