Gaga is always my number one, but Beyoncé is 2/2 so far on the pandemic trilogy at delivering experimental, unsafe pop sounds. In my opinion, CC is light years ahead of Joanne in terms of commitment to the folksy rock genre while making it her own. Gaga, happy birthday, but please come back soon! Make better music/interesting packaging and people will throw money at her.
