Exactly. It's all very Kardashian'd and Malibu beauty influencer now. This is the same woman who made her first fragrance a whole ass event with a photoshoot, an excellent film/commercial, several cvnty appearances and interviews, etc. Even her 2013/2014 ramblings about wanting to collaborate with corporations and her pretentious speeches about art & technology still felt very authentic and earnest. I could listen to her delusions about wanting to perform in space all day but right now my eyes can't roll back far enough whenever she starts throwing around "kindness, creativity, passion, integrity..." to describe.....makeup. Girl bffr. 

This fanbase is litterally grievances and meltdowns. It's fine to express your disapointment and frustration, but don't act like you don't do it on a weekly basis at this point. Almost daily with the constant countdowns based off nothing. 

Gaga was busy between 2021-2022. 
Finishing and releasing L4S, filming and releasing House of Gucci, going on a world tour and filming JFAD. She lost so much weight for the Harley Quinn role. She deserved a year break after that.

There's nothing about it, I find these meltdowns pointless in the same way I found the whole countdowns/excitment over basically nothing of the past month.

There truly isn't a middle way in here, or the excitment to the highest over nothing or the metldown with consequent lashings over nothing serious as well, to me it's just tiring.

 

Unless majority of people in here are a last minute stan, after years, people should know how things are working with her by now, but instead we're always back at the start.

it's a pop music forum and a thread about her, what are we supposed to discuss if that's all there is? the exaggeration and the countdowns are also a fun way to keep the thread alive, there's rarely something serious about it.
I'm sure when we shut off our computers or cellphones our lives go about as normal as any other member of society and we do not threaten to throw ourselves off a cliff because gaga does not excite us the way she did.
