The heartfelt lyrics, smooth house production, and final chorus.  Like most Chromatica songs, I wish it was made longer.

the live performance at TCB really sold it for me and entirely changed my view of the song! the euphoric final minute of the song in the packed stadium 

Plastic Doll aged like fine wine, I thought it was mid when the album came out but it's been hitting recently
