That’s what the react buttons are for, no? Sadly, I don’t have the time to engage in discussions anymore, so I just like to react instead. Don’t take it personally, please. And as long as ya’ll will express your negative opinions aka talking in circles about this masterpiece of an album (in my humble opinion), I will also keep reacting to them. Also, notice how you said - doesn’t praise Chromatica - which is untrue, I’m downvoting the same old mistaken and tired drags about Chromatica that were repeated by the same people a million of times.

Chromatica Ball definitely would've been extended if she didn't have to start preparing for JFAD. The demand was there and the spacing of the dates and setup of the show were perfect for her health-wise. They really nailed Chromatica Ball in every way imo.

I really think Gaga and her team should start trying to find ways to promote her albums beyond just the singles. I was just comparing her average album streams per track and the percentage of total album streams each album's most streamed track is with her peers, and...let's just say it didn't look the best for our girl.  (It could be worse, but could definitely be better too.) It just got me thinking how they always seem to just focus on pushing the singles (and lately, just one single ) and expecting that will carry the entire album. That may have worked in the sales era, but it doesn't exactly have the same impact in the streaming era.

 

Perhaps they could invest more of the marketing budget towards album tracks that are organically doing relatively well (for example, they could have lobbied for Alice and Replay to get playlisting), release music/lyric/etcetera videos for more non-singles (even if videos are dead compared to how they used to be, they still have a slow burn boost on streams), and if she's up for it, include album tracks along with the singles in promo performances like how she used to do with Hair, Speechless, and Brown Eyes for example. Idk, just some ideas.

She was never gonna make a soundtrack song for Barbie when her own musical is being released next year.

I hope an old demo leaks. Or maybe the full version of Clover. That'll help me survive until JFAD.

Do we remember where the Jeff rumor was from? I feel like we'd see some sort of pap pics of studio visits or something if they did but she's been suuuper stealthy for a bit now so it's really hard to say. The way she's in Minnesota one day, NYC next and yesterday just popped up in Vegas out of nowhere

 

HIL is fairly reliable and has industry connections so I'm believing the Q4 rumors for now. It's not like we have a lot to work with in this pre-LG7 era anyway ddd
