Well, The Fame is her best performing album and I’m sure very few people here think it’s her best.

Joanne was not a distaster, as someone stated earlier but let’s face it, it wasn’t exactly a great album either.

There are literally people in this thread saying Joanne is a disaster BECAUSE it flopped in Europe and Asia. What kind of metric is that to judge an album? An album doesn’t need to “do something” for her career for it to be a good album. Joanne was a fine addition to her discography.

Talking about The Fame its intresting how this fanbase kinda hates it and says it's one of her worst but GP and music critics almost always call it her top 3

I know, that’s why I’ve said it was not a distater. Not at all. It was neither here nor there imo. Just an album.

I enjoyed 'Joanne' back in the day and I appreciated the effort in trying to have done something different, there are some good and valid tracks, but it's definitely her weakest album, especially in comparison to ASIB that is miles above, but it's better in this way that the best music-effort ended up in the soundtrack.

where did I said Joanne is a bad album? I was just pointing it commercially failed in Europe/Asia and ASIB success has nothing to do with Joanne. In the same post, I said I love Perfect Illsuion (one of her floppiest single)

You guys really read one thing and drive multiple conclusions from it. :toofunny3:

Right.

I really want her to just start flopping so y’all can stop judging how good an album is based on how well it performs.

'Million Reasons' was a hit in Italy, it has became a sort of classic when it comes to Gaga in here so it's not even totally correct that it was a disaster in Europe.

Also wasn't 'Million Reasons' one of the most streamed song from her catalogue for awhile with good recurrent streamings?

I need a studio pic so badly, but with preparations and shooting of FAD, we aren't getting one in a year

To my chromatica ball sisters, my show is scheduled at 7:30PM

What time should I get there if I want to get merch? I'm seated so I'm not worried about GA

Apparently it's a mess in America when it comes to merch. People buying lots of stuff just to resell them online :skull: Maybe come earlier in the day to get merch and then come back for the show?

God bless London and the merch shop, that was iconic.

I decided I want LG7 to just exist in the first place

Best case scenario is an album 4th quarter 2023 I think :skull:

Joanne might be her worst after all…

Maybe the OGHs made some points.

1. The Fame Monster

2. Born This Way

3. Chromatica

4. ARTPOP

5. The Fame

6. Joanne

I hope the Academy sees the same thing that an audience sees: This is a thrilling movie. It’s well told, well acted, well directed, well written. It’s got Lady Gaga’s fantastic hit song.

Ya'll just hate on Joanne because it's not an album full of dance bops. :chick3:

Nah, it just has too many skips for an 11 track album.

A-YO sunk Joanne a lot for me. The Jewels N Drugs of the album.

It's just weak? It starts off strong but everything towards the end is filler I think.

Sinner's Prayer and Just Another Day are career highlights imo.

Even though Joanne is her weakest album to date, I still enjoy most of the songs and I don’t know where you guys were during the era but it was actually a lot of fun after the Perfect Illusion single run. The dive bar shows, multiple tv spots, Japan, Victoria secret Show, Super Bowl, Coachella and the amazing JWT. It was a fun era as a fun if you are not one of those chart watchers who only enjoys content that become hits.
