The only advice I can give you is to look for a size smaller than yours if you're buying from the US store: US sizes tend to be bigger than the EU ones, although I don't know why so

 

Have you checked on X otherwise? Maybe you can contact one of the buyers to give yourself a better idea

They also made sure that the Mayhem re-issue is branded as an expanded edition and not a deluxe edition. I will be delulu and say that we will get TOTAL MAYHEM later this year

Gaga toured Born This Way until 2013 when MTN was released as the last single in 2011. Tours are huge moneymakers regardless of whether new material is tied to them or not.

It really depends on the merch, usual size and your build. I barely fit in my M size Taylor/Beyonce merch and I comfortably wear an M size regularly.
