I was actually not sure if i liked Stupid Love or not but The live version on VMA's has changed my mind. This song sounds great as live!

I also like Stupid Love (the song). I didn't have any expectations for it so I found it fun and kinda fresh. Maybe some fans had too high expectations after ASIB.

This rebranding of Haus Labs seems soulless. I don’t know anything about make up, but when Haus Labs originally debut it was very Gaga 

Now it seems like she is just doing whatever she can to make as much money as possible. While I was watching the 8 minute tutorial, my boy friend thought I was watching an ad 

Gaga is a commercial artist. And she does sell a lot of merchandise. But Gaga is always passionate about what she sells. The last time she wasn’t passionate was Eau De Gaga and she stopped selling perfume right after that item dropped. 

 

Anyway, Stupid Love and Hold My Hand are both great songs

You mean to tell me that a business woman is doing what they can to make money? I am shocked. This is new information.

 

If you watch her video, it's clear how knowledgeable and passionate she is about this. It's clear that she's actually in this for the long run and it isn't some random cash grab, though I'm sure the cash is important too. Y'all have to let go of this chip you have on your shoulders. Just because you don't have a passion, a hobby, a life, or friends, doesn't mean Gaga has to live her life the same way.

Zero lashings. The comments and reception to this rebrand have been overwhelmingly positive. It's almost like, yet again, Monsters don't know what they're talking about. The industry has moved from the picture-perfect expectations of the last five years to something that is much more relate-able and approachable. People see a popstar like Gaga doing their own makeup and appreciate it flaws and all. Literally the only people zooming in on her makeup like this are fans who have no lives and feel the innate misogynistic desire to poke fun at a woman for not being perfect.

 

Thank God she continues to ignore lifeless stans who have zero experience with business.

I actually think the rebranding of Meth Labs is more Gaga. Some of the visuals and that teaser with the Babylon instrumental were Gaga but nothing that came after was. The products had a basic ugly packaging that was more fit to an Amazon makeup brand and nothing looked like her own brand outside of their names

 

I prefer the new packaging and the vibrant colors. I do think that she could have went for a more "edgy" packaging but that's clearly not what she's / the brand are going for. It is also still early to judge this whole rebranding, lets see what they have next.

 

But she does sound passionate talking about it, those pretentious essays and even the tutorial sound straight out of an ARTPOP era interview.
