Then single release 1-2 weeks later.

Video a week after that.

 

Album 2-3 weeks after that.

I would say same strategy but 4 weeks ahead with more teasing before the album.

I’m sorry but it’s still hitting me that we have an album. all these years and we got this amazing body of work with awesome visuals on the way, it feels surreal. I can’t even imagine how Navy will feel if Rih ever decides to release I just know they’re gonna spontaneously combust 

 

 

 

There aren’t bad songs at ALL so there’s no “worst song” but I guess church girl is atrl’s least favorite. i gotta say it really grew on me. like I LOVE energy but it’s automatically in my bottom 3 cause it’s not even 2 mins long lol but I can’t lie & say it’s the worst. Fave made a spectacular album.

wow. This is only the beginning. This album needs multiple weeks at #1 it DESERVES.

Honestly, she could have kept the “Act” announcement. It builds anticipation for it but at the same time reinforces how fast we consume music and projects, 
 

I’m happy with the current music, looking forward to the visuals, the promo, the live performances and the tour. Do the era justice and a proper roll out with 1-1.5 years of it. Give it room to grow, let it get its flowers, it’s performances and awards. 
 

Now that we know act 2 and 3 are coming, I don’t want her to cut Renaissance short and feel the rush to push everything. Especially the tour, I would want a good cohesive set list and don’t want her previous iconic work to get pushed to the side because we have 3 new albums worth of music. 
 

If it’s 3 separate eras with their own stand alone work and execute them, kudos to her. Yet I know she would want to add something to parts here and there. There’s always difficulties recording something so far ahead and executing it in a further period of time. 
 

If she would have announced ACT II during the last show of the Club Renaissance tour or say at the end of the last music video, that might have been more effective and shot the music world into mayhem.

Or you can see it as a trilogy kind of project and accept it as such. As an artist she can decide to do something different for once and deliver it as a three part play. They do it in films, in theater, it aint that weird of a concept. 

 

If she doesn't want to tour anytime soon, nobody can force her either. If she wants to release all three albums before touring, she can do it too. It will allow her more time to work on a set list and prepare the tour longer which means the result will be even better. I would not want to rush her process just so she can do whatever everyone else is doing out there. Nobody said an artist has to release an album and tour it right away. There are different ways to do things.

 

Finally, nobody is going to take Renaissance's shine away. It will stand alone as its own and people can always go back to it to listen to whenever they want to, that's the beauty of streaming, all the work is right there to shine whenever. Heck imagine fans making playlists by choosing from all 3 albums, mixing songs together and putting together their own album from the three. It's going to be very fun by the time she is done people will remember why this woman is unique.

Once again we don’t give a ****. We are enjoying the new album which has a level of success that your fave hasn’t seen since Obama’s first term and will never see again, and a level of acclaim your fave will never see in her life.

The real question is why is only The Fame charting on Billboard while Chromatica which is currently being toured is nowhere to be found? Is she a throwback act?

She didn’t peak on her first album and makes continually better albums each time.
