Not to bring the vibe down while we all celebrate this excellent work of art, but is anyone already sad that this might be Bey’s only true dance album through-and-through?  I mean obviously this album contains influence from her past ones, and Bey might be slightly inspired by these soundscapes in the future, but her career isn’t defined by the more club-and-electro dance music she explores here. She’s spent much more time creating R&B-inspired pop, and I can’t help but feel that the disco/house/electronic dance is only a detour for her. I really hope I’m wrong. I’d love her to explore it even further because she’s INCREDIBLE at it, and she could cement herself as a club icon a-la Grace Jones or Madonna.

I went to two Targets yesterday (Atlanta, GA) and Renaissance was sold out in both. They definitely undershipped.

My Renaissance Boxset finally moving, and hopefully coming Friday without any issues.

When this was announced, I was confused as to why they were booking these for two months! I thought it was a little crazy.  

However, now I believe it gives us a major hint in regards to the timeline for the film/visuals! Which have been confirmed are coming by multiple people. 

Also, I am convinced it is a Netflix special. All the Netflix accounts have been tweeting about Renaissance, almost oddly. 

Finally, like I explained before, Dolby Atmos is not a better quality tech for music compared to Lossless or Master, it is simply a name/brand for wireless surround sound capability and is the best in the industry right now. It mainly shines in movies! because that is where the 'surround' and 'spatial' accuracy of where the sounds come from matters most. After ALL that teasing from Dolby and "Dol-bey" to not have Dolby on Renaissance on either Tidal or AM only confirms it is for the film!


Conclusion: Renaissance visual/film coming to Netflix in 4-6 weeks (in Dolby Atmos).

Didn't we have multiple versions of BMS charting on iTunes? Ugh I want her to have that number one so bad. 

And people really wanted to push the narrative of her gripe being 'all business' and a simple code of ethics? She's completely lost the plot and clouded by pettiness.
