Officially two weeks before Renaissance drop.

 

It feels like some of ya’ll come to the base every day expecting all the comments to be positive and supporting, when it’s never really been like that. There’s more than enough people enjoying the crumbs (I’m now one) to engage without having to police the people who feel differently. 

Anyway, I’m dying to know what the poses will be like for the tees, and if they’ll all be on the horse or something different. I also think we’ll get the Wade in the Water cover on one of the new albums. I doubt she recorded something just for GTA. 

 (we need a Renaissance gaycat)

IDK Y'all!!! They been making some points! I feel like sooo much changes in the industry so when they're wrong, I don't completely fault them (I'm certain Bey WAS going to launch several times). Personally I don't think the account owner themselves is the insider, but they have a connection. For example, a friend of a friend worked for RCA so I had the tea on Xtina's new music for a little bit because they'd post it on their close friends. 

Yeah, I don’t love going in blind. I figured by now, there would be updates or reveals of  the different poses. That will give us a better idea of the general aesthetic of the era, I loved the Vogue shoot and hopefully the reveals will keep pushing toward that style.

Everyone doing some sort of “wiggle” and she encourages it by reposting them on Tik Tok and Instagram Stories. Everyone wants the chance to get on her feed. 

I keep thinking of the artists featured on the album. I know they are dying to tell the world and yet have to keep quiet

A Cardi collab would be great. Overdue, they’re both releasing albums, one huge hit to promote both, big budget Thierry Mugler infused music video that becomes a big urban/pop hit. Here for it.

When is she going to drop the video for BMS?

I been thinking about features as well. Literally we have no idea, not even a hint. 

Absolutely no C*rdi feature, gross I don’t even wanna try and imagine how she would stumble to rap along a house beat… I want zero collabs on this album.

 

 

I think it’s really sweet that she sent Robin S that message and flowers, and the fact that it gave it a boost in streaming, this is at it’s core what Renaissance is. It’s less about the actual historical time period but more of telling a story through the music, the samples, bringing back and teaching a new generation of music listeners of the talent black men and women who created and popularized the house genre putting them at the forefront and putting that Beyonce twist on them that makes it a completely new experience. I cannot wait for this album

I wouldn’t be mad at a Missy Elliott feature.  She has stone cold classics of her own and has elevated many a bopT from other artists. Recently she was the best part of the Levitating remix. I’d choose her over Cardi or Megan or Nicki god forbid.
