You saw Cowboy choreography before the CC era ? This is the era that starts last year and there has been 2 performances only for it with Cowboys and country imaginery : the tour and the HT. 

 

And the disco and mirror is the theme of Renaissance that started 3 years ago and it will follow her for the trilogy because that's the point. And there has been one performance performance with it : the tour. 

 

And you didn't see any Beyoncé's performance 4 or 5 years ago because she didn't perform at all during that time. 

Maybe you just pay overly attention to Beyoncé's output.

the best interlude is "WHO IS COWBOY CARTER" the one right before alligator tears. its like a trailer for the act ii film, like a mixture of the ITG teaser and ANOINTED at the RWT.

 

my second favorites were the daughter interlude and the america has a problem interlude

If I have to rank, those were my least favorite parts but it also goes with the fact that those are not songs I'm particularly fond of. 

2H2H is one of my favorite songs though so I enjoyed it but I hope I get to have a stripped version of it someday. 

 

However I adore Honey/Pure Honey / Buckin'. It was such a flawless transition.

Well, the truth is, every single first show of any stage performance (music concert, play/theater, dance recital, etc) is like a big final rehearsal, no matter how many times the show has been revised before the first date.

 

It's like when you're creating something (no matter how long you've been creating it for) and then you finally show someone else what you've been working on. All of a sudden you start seeing flaws you weren't able to see before because now you're aware that someone else is looking at it. It's a human thing, and it's always going to happen. This is a big show and a long, long show and it would make a lot of sense if she re-worked not just a couple of sections.

Its certainly between Spaghetti, YaYa/WDYLM, Protector, Thique/Bills Bills Bills and Flamenco from what I could tell.

I really struggled with these sections. I found the choreo really uninspired and the musical arrangements severely lacking. It also sounded like there was loud backing track overpowering her that I thought was so odd. The rest of the show was really great, but i'm just really confused by her choices here. why she would choose to spend so much time on cowboy carter's minor tracks, and perform songs from the end of the album early. idk these are my initial thoughts and i'm wondering if people felt the same

IDK why she performed Alligator Tears or Flamenco, two of the worst songs on the album, when she could have done two deep cuts instead. Also was II Most Wanted not included?

They are often hidden away or in a case in front of the screen. But yeah, it's a very very bare empty stage without the band most of the time...
