I dont think the slow sales are because of a lack of desire for people to see Beyonce live, I just think this album hasn't been that inspiring to the GP, she's toured super recently and the prices are far far too high. I paid like £79 for gold circle on the Formation World Tour. Now it's £260

I think this is one of those scenarios where several things can be true at once. 

 

Because, IMO, the following all exist in unison:

 

* CC, while successful, did not have the impact of Rennie. Domestically or abroad.

 

* Touring an album a whole year later is risky business. Especially when the album itself did not hit as hard compared to its predecessor (in terms of virality cultural penetration).

 

* Bey will almost certainly be fine and the latter dates will benefit from the buzz/virality of the earlier dates. London isn't until June. 

 

I do wonder, though, how the slow-and-steady sales of some regions with this CC tour, as well as the clear over-saturation of certain markets, will impact whatever her live plans are for Act III? Will she go the residency route? Simply launch the next tour in way closer proximity to its album? Will next time be when she finally does right by regions like Oceania, Asia, and South America? It would definitely be smart to cater to where she has built up insane demand, and thus would only need to lightly revisit her strongest tried and true traditional cities. There's a lot to ponder.

All it really takes is for you to actually go check for yourself. Bey is doing 6 WHOLE shows in london, of course some will sell slower than others...it does not mean the shows are struggling at all. And when the show starts those seats will be gone.

 

She is doing what she has never done before. She has never done 5 shows in one single venue in America or 6 shows in london or 3 paris shows.

 

Like we don't need to keep downplaying this woman and saying nobody liked CC.

Opening night almost sold out now and it had a large amount left just a few days ago, although they just added more tickets this afternoon. 
 

Her shows will sell out.

It's the prices in the UK mostly I think. £225 for general admission standing is incredibly expensive. Renaissance was £106.80 for general admission standing, and that was her first tour in five years and first solo tour in seven. The seats are also priced ridiculously.

 

I'm seeing her in Paris, my general admission standing ticket was €108. £225 is €262.55. The difference is insane. No wonder Paris sold out so fast.

 

The UK seems to be really expensive nowadays - Lady Gaga tickets were more than Europe too and for some reason she has seats on the floor whereas the rest of Europe has standing which is more affordable.

I remember it fell off from the plane when they were flying over the Atlantic after the European leg so she couldn't use it for the NA leg. I know they sent a rescue team at that time to look for it but I haven't read anything about it since?
