Miley is such a mood! Ugh I wish we would have gotten more of them together! 

I don't have it in me to stan anyone else at this point in my life, but I've liked a lot of Miley's music the last few years and her love of  Bey feels so genuine and not put upon at all.  Like she's not kissing her ass, she just truly likes her and respects her

billboard employees so shook by the AOTY win they took a PTO day. 

 

 

BEYONCE DID IT! She won album of the year!!!!!!

 

I am enormously frustrated that 16 and Texas didn't win anything on their own, but we gonna take the big W and celebrate!

Where's the photo of her and Miley holding the Grammy?

But the joy that rushed over me as I heard Cowboy Carter being announced as the winner from the firefighter was like a release. I literally yelled and jumped out of my bed y'all. And don't get it twisted mother didn't NEED this AOTY win she was already a legend without. Put it's truly poetic in every way that out of the rejection and racism she faced from the CMA's she created this album and it got her the biggest prize in music in probably one of the most competitive years ever. She was seen. 
 

There is also the historic significance of this win. The fourth black woman to win AOTY. The only one this century. The country music inroads she made. The glass ceiling she just broke. So much more to list but we all know what this means to the culture. I'm so proud of our girl.

 

And the anger and seething from some in response to this win is the cherry on top to this. May they forever feel unsettled by this phenomenal artist.

It doesn't reduce the impact, but unless i'm mistaken not everyone gets the award just for being on the album these days.  They have to be on at least 70% of it I think

its 20% now. shaboozey, the blackbird girls, & linda are on multiple songs for a reason. im sure she knew that

What some of the Hive failed to see is that an era like CC was needed in between Renaissance and the Rock album.

I'm convinced ACT III will blow both of them out the water with an epic conclusion.
