This isn't a hint it's a full on warning. I'm excited that act iii plans seem to be in full swing. I could see it coming out in Spring a little over a year after CC. I doubt she would rush release it right now during the election/holidays

She had bigger commercial power back then, and streaming has since grown so much that you simply cant compete with Christmas classics. The market's different and she's not in an imperial phase right now.

What's weird is Bey having a motorcycle with a horse head and her getting to use an iconic archive Mugler piece just for a single picture buried in the Cowboy Carter booklet.  I wish she used all of that for a single/album/magazine cover.

She won't release against Taylor if only for the conversation it would generate.  They intentionally made an effort to quell the competition talk during Renaissance / The Eras Tour.
