when implies there's a possibility this isn't what's gonna happen 

This will not impact Act III at all because it's not like she will do anything for Mufasa promo wise . We will have an original song at max to look out for in November. That's it.

I doubt she will make a whole The Gift 2.0 album out of it.

 

If anything, this just confirms Act III isn't coming this year (which is more than OK) and it's a great platform for Blue's imminent entertainment carrer.

+ this already looks better than the first movie, it's not a remake it's an original story so it could hit different and Berry Jerkins is an amazing director so maaaybe this could do something.

 

I completely understand the frustrations but I don't think this is such a big deal.

So news of possibly new music and forced promotion is bad?  SHE WASNT GOING TO DO ANY MORE PROMOTION FOR COWBOY CARTER REGARDLESS!  At least now Disney and Blue will have her trotting along that promo trail. 

the bootlickers will switch on this by next summer once they find out she's not gonna tour bc she'll be in africa filming for another side project no one asked for

Both can be true - the frustration and criticism can be valid and it can also feel negative and depressing in here. It is what it is. These are the moves she's making and there's nothing we can do to change or make sense of them. At least the music continues to be quality, and there's an abundance of it. I'll let ya'll have at it though.
