Real simple. We don't know the reason for cancellation, but it wasn't ticket sales in her main market. It could be something personal or legit with the stage transportation among other logistic issues. FWT had 3 stages that were in different cities on any given day.

Either something came up personally or it is a legit stage issue. Either way it was confirmed that 44,000 tickets were sold by an independent source, so there's no reason to cancel due to sales. Not in her home market. 

I was supposed to go to that show. My twitter tl is fuming right now people are gonna have to travel and some probably can’t bc there’s only a few weeks to get everything together for that  

 

I got tickets to a new show IMMEDIATELY

Y’all are dramatic it was not as bad as the vegas or Kansas City shows. That makes me think it’s a legit logistics issue

After this mess I'm even afraid of what will be the release of act 2, top 2 and number 2 again

i dont feel bad when anything related to bey flops or is unsuccessful bc she literally doesnt do ****

If she didn't cancel some of those Europe shows that stans were even more worried about, she wouldn't have cancelled this show without good reason. Show had a whole month and was confirmed 44k tickets sold. 

 

Just take the stan portion out of it. They are seething already. She already broke records in a different continent and won't stop now. She could have pushed it back like she did some of those FWT dates but clearly has more planned.

Right. Like remember the half empty Brazilian shows? She didn’t care and the crowd was loud as **** like it’s probably legit a logistical issue. Whoever ****** up I have some things to say!

This seems pretty optimistic considering this whole era has not made any sense. 

Just be glad Bey isn't holding the stans money hostage with 24 hour notice of cancellation. 

 

Maybe I could understand if she cancelled multiple shows, but it truly looks like a logistics issue. Even the Kansas, Chicago and Las Vegas dates were doing worse but are way better now. Show had a month to go with the first NA Leg show starting in a few days.

I really didn't care much about the promotion of your albums and songs but the neglect is even reaching your tours too, at this point is it better to retire?

Not me logging on to a cancellation  I knew it!!! That date seemed so messy to me. And there needs to be people held accountable for setting Bey up with some of these dates and the presale process. And she has to give a bit more promo for these shows she can’t just skirt by without doing anything anymore.

No Europe date struggled? US will be fine but it is not as strong as Europe. Most of them sold out instantly and didn’t have much resale.

it's bad business sense period to start a social media account if you aren't going to feed content into it consistently. I think parkwood is probably overstretched or she just decided she isn't into tiktok - but if that's the case, they should delete it.

Going forward Bey NEVER needs to go to Missouri ever again. They have clearly said NO.  And it would be wise to avoid going to Arizona, Minnesota and adding additional shows in Vegas. If she ever goes back to arenas again sure she can go to these places but with stadiums hell no it’s a bad idea.

 

More shows should’ve been added to NYC, Philly, Arlington or Houston. A San Diego show could’ve also worked. These are places that go HARD for her. But choices were definitely made.

I think San Diego would’ve been a Pittsburgh 2.0 their new stadium is small and prob struggle due to the 3 dates in LA. 
 

Facts on the Missouri shows tho. I think if anything she should keep St Louis bc thats the core city for that region.

booking two Missouri shows just made no sense from the beginning

 

Arlington maybe could’ve used another date - like yeah it’s close to Houston, but since her hometown shows pretty much sold out (and Arlington itself is pretty close to it) so fast it’s another outlet for those fans + DFW area shows always draw in folks from Oklahoma (source: me living in OKC and knowing how often my friends/acquaintances and I make the trip down there for concerts that don’t come here/to Tulsa)

 

edit: and when I say “close” I mean like doable driving distance

The thing is that they withheld 10k+ tickets for Pittsburgh which makes no sense to me. How was she going to sell that many tickets in one month?. The Europe hype has not really translated to moving the needle for the remaining underperforming US shows anyways. That’s why I feel like someone set her up big time. That a huge oversight. Someone should get fired for that.  And the logical result is to cancel. It was gonna be an uphill battle to sell that many tickets without some heavy discounts that probably wouldn’t have  made it worth it to go anymore.
