Bibi’s case has always puzzled me, how can you work for 7+ years with Bey and then accuse her of witchcraft and murdering your cat? This is so left field and insane to claim and is just so unprofessional. What has she done to you to say such bizarre accusations? And clearly doing all that wasn’t going to help your career progress, so what even is the point of all this?
 

It’s the same sentiment I share with Ashley regarding this situation, what exactly does she hope to gain from these subs?  Being Bey’s dancer for so long is a huge benefit to the resume, so why act so unprofessional? Just makes me curious as to what could’ve possibly happened to invoke these feelings of resentment. Ashley is wrong for behaving like this and Parkwood has some explaining to do, both things can be true at once.

they dont though.. most likely they didnt even invite her for auditions and as the former dance captain, she feels butthurt.

I think your theory could be true. I doubt Bey has any malicious intentions when she cuts those people off, but it can most definitely come across as heartless/shady/rude. Especially for someone like Ashley. I think Ashley being with Bey for SOOO long and potentially not even getting a call saying "thank you for your work but we will be moving on" is even more hurtful than a random one-off dancer.

 

 

I saw someone say Ashley should be careful to not ruin her reputation acting messy publicly like that, but Bey needs to be careful too. It's not like she won't ever not be able to hire people but there is definitely mumblings of Bey/her camp not handling their contractors amazingly (whether it be dancers or designers or whatever).

I truly hope Bey is ok, something has just been off this past year.

Going from Dance Captain for years to OUT, must sting bad whether she auditioned or not. I feel for her on that, I’d be in my feelings too but she’s much too old to be acting shady like that🙄
 

Bey is well within her rights to decide that what the girls been giving for 10+ years isn’t what she’s looking for now. 
 

Just another reason why you shouldn’t get too comfortable in the entertainment world. It’s all business at the end of the day.

My point was when things don't go their way, they start posting **** stuff. Bibi started liking stuff when she was still working for Bey. She was mad that Bey started focusing more on production. We don't know what happened with Ashley, but Bey got rid of loads of her crew before and they ain't acting immature like she is.

Honestly, I never get too involved in these social media dramas orientated around people who have been employed by Bey. We really have no idea of their relationship or the work environment they have to put up with lol

I don't think that was Bibi? Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it was one of the drummers who was having a mental health crisis.

 

OT: I'm not discounting the possibility that Ashley just has fat thumbs, bc what kind of self sabotage is this

I don't believe Bey would delay the whole visual just because she and Ashley weren't getting along or because she fired Ashley. Ashley would have already been paid for her work anyway. It would only hurt Bey and Parkwood.

I doubt the delay has anything to do with this.

No but if she filmed a series of music videos with a bunch of disgruntled employees/dancers, she will get bad press from it later on... Especially if they choose to speak out and say how their experience with B was negative. It is definitely something that could overshadow a release.

I just looked it up and you are correct, it was actually Kimberly not Bibi, I can never remember everyone’s names properly

Bibi was complaining not being able to give out free tix for B her tour
