Be Dead would have been somethin as an in house performance with acoustics and an orchestra, but she wanted to be a special, over the top case to rep Compton which was respectable for what it was… but imagine sitting in the Oscar audience watching her on screen as the opening act after anticipating a real time Beyoncé performance. Not the best move.

She sounded better than that other performance that was horribly flat

#That thread made me curious so I decided to look up for her tour on Wikipedia. 

 

The good sis did 6 dates for her tour in Japan during the I AM...era and two dates during B'day. Throughout 2007-2010 she had visited the Philipines, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea,Egypt, Singapore, Middle East, India, Malaysia (cancelled due to their rules), China & Taiwan. She performed for 22K crowds in SK alone. I mean even Rihanna barely did any dates in Asia. 

 

I cannot imagine if she decided to do a real World Tour including South Africa and other countries. She's billion times bigger now.

i still hate on everything about her that's unrelated to her music. it's the music that saves her for me.

We'll see. I'd have to ignore the illiteracy, lack of personality, staying with a cheater while identifying as a feminist, staying with an ugly guy while identifying as a beaty icon, telling other female singers to bow down to her while identifying as a feminist, holding that 9/11 paper while smiling, the slave labour in the sweatshops, the checking of her nails after ruining that Christmas tree on Punk'd etc.

 

Anyway, what do you people think of Everything Is Love? I can't believe Apeshit was such a banger that I replay to this day and then literally every other song on the album is a -1/10 with zero replay value. So weird.
