  • Oh, I remember when they did a Mariah special back in 2008 and she appeared on the show as a mentor.   Maybe Adele will be there too.

  • Saw Adele last night, it was f**king magical, she sounded amazing. best concert of my life 🥹🥹

  • Skyfall is up to #56 on the Global Shazam chart, #163 in the US, so there's a plenty of people just now discovering the song.   Set Fire to the Rain seems to be stuck at 1.4M daily streams o

Only 5 songs from 30???? :deadbanana2: she truly hates this era

The 4 that she perfomed at Ophra she only did Oh My God .... Adele girl

The way she has just abandoned this era is sad. I though there was a video for IDW? Why hasn’t that been sent to radio?

That was a classic in the making.

Still love 30 and will forever believe it is her most cohesive work to date, so it’s sad how everything has turned out really.

18 songs

We were FED :jonny:

Nice to hear OMG live the instrumentals translate pretty well live actually, for the most part. My only issue is the backing track is too loud, I suspected that would be the case with the poppier songs that use a lot of vocal layering, like OMG and same for CIGI if we ever get a live performance of that.

But also I’ll Be Wailing could’ve been replaced by Slay Your Heart Out. why is the least streamed 21 track on Spotify still getting live performances :biblionny:

What a setlist. :worship2: It would be perfect for a tour (I'll be waiting could be replaced for a 30 album track)

I hope we get some videos

!!!! And still no new Vegas updates

But she looks and sounds beautiful based on the clips I've seen.

We're getting a tour announcement in a few days, right? I'm ready to give her my money but she doesn't appear to want it. :giraffe:

She looked and sounded great today. :smitten: The setlist was fantastic, but I can’t get over her literally acknowledging what a sh!tshow the 30 era has been during the show and then cutting half the album from the set. :rip: I didn’t think she’d do all the songs, but the fact that “Oh My God” — a single that also got the shaft up until this point — was the only song she hadn’t previously performed from the album is atrocious. :shakeno: I thought for sure we’d at least get “Strangers By Nature,” “Can I Get It” and “Woman Like Me.” (I would’ve loved to hear “All Night Parking,” too.)

I also was surprised to see her cut both “Hometown Glory” and “Chasing Pavements.” She could’ve at least left one of them in over “I’ll Be Waiting.” Even though I love it, I’m sure it was only included because she needed more upbeat songs. :dies: And yes, I know you guys all hate “All I Ask” — another song I was shocked to see her do — but I think that might’ve been her best performance of it to date. Her voice in the final chorus after the key change was INCREDIBLE. :jonny5:

Lastly, I would just like to add that a part of me will always hate her for saying she would likely never perform “To Be Loved” live because it absolutely deserves it. :weeps:

It’s nice to see Adele give I’ll Be Waiting a performance. :clap3: For years it has just been me performing it in my car. It has always deserved better.

The concert was amazing, for me Easy on Me during that gorgeous sunset was the highlight.

Also, surprisingly people were really enjoying OMG (butweneedtheaudiencetobuytherecord.gif)

Towards the end of the concert she said something like "I know many of you feel let down by my last album and I'm really sorry, but I want you to know I take my music very seriously". This was before she alluded to the cancelled Vegas shows, so I feel like she's definitely aware of 30's relative underperformance. Not sure why she's not releasing the IDW video or doing any promo though... I half expected her to announce a new album or something :rip:

Overall a really great concert. I was standing next to a guy who called his wife and kid over FaceTime during Make You Feel My Love, that got me more emosh than the actual song tbh

The concert was incredible. She's still got it!

Anyway, there's a snippet of an unreleased Queen A song from 25 going around:

Oh my God, I absolutely LOVE this. :jonny5: I can see why it was scrapped, but it sounds SO good and I love the growl in her voice during the chorus. :smitten:
