Not bad for a flop era

Her Vegas announcement alone made her album to go Top 100 in Apple Music. Imagine if she didn't cancel her Vegas in January. The album would have still stayed in Top 100.

 

My rescheduled show is Feb. 3rd but I have zero clue at this point if I can make that.  I definitely don’t have my life planned that far in advance.

 

I’m confused though. It seems like I can get a refund before August 1st and then still be a part of the verified presale for new tickets to another date. Idk. I might just take my chances with Feb. 3rd.

Presale will be another bloodbath, you should keep your confirmed ticket

 

 

 

 

 

This is huge, France might be the hardest market for international artists, impressive 

 

The album should have debuted at #1 in France if it weren't for that local act

french is really superior

imagine going to #1 at 130 Apple Music charts worldwide and people still called this album a flop. Only if she didn't cancel her Vegas Residency last January. I believe this album will have resurgence once she starts her residency few months later.

 

 

So are they going to release the "I Drink Wine" video, is "Can I Get It" going to be a radio single?

 

I can't believe they just abandoned the era like that. CIGI could easily be a cute Top 10 hit on Hot AC radio at the very least. It could shift a few more copies of the album.

So, as exhausting as the whole “Beyoncé vs. Adele” thing was in 2017 with the Grammys — and as much as I’m dreading it happening again next year — what do we all think of RENAISSANCE? Not gonna lie, I think it’s incredibly underwhelming and overrated. I’m going to be pissed if it wins Album of the Year over 30 at the Grammys next year.  As much as I love 25 and stand by the fact that it was far more deserving of Album of the Year than Lemonade, I would’ve been more okay with Beyoncé winning in 2017 because Lemonade was (arguably) a MUCH better album than RENAISSANCE is. I really don’t get the hype for RENAISSANCE. “BREAK MY SOUL” is the only song I even remotely like, and even that was pretty weak in comparison to her previous singles.

 

On a similar note, I’m also going to be irritated if Adele wins Album of the Year and then makes her entire acceptance speech about Beyoncé again.  Her stans are already getting SO defensive whenever someone says they don’t like RENAISSANCE, so imagine how awful they’re going to be come awards season, regardless of whether or not Adele and Beyoncé are nominated for or win any major awards.

 

I know I’m biased, but I just think 30 is so much more deserving of Album of the Year. It’s an absolute masterpiece, and I hope the combination of Adele (and everyone else) being up Beyoncé’s ass all the time, the Vegas fiasco, and the era being completely abandoned almost immediately don’t hurt its chances of winning.

More like CBS is campaigning, she probably doesn't care. 

 

 

Her IDW performance has 18M+ views. She needs to release this as next single and we need the video

But her 13 stadium shows across Oceania and UK grossed 80M in total.

Imagine her having the ambition to actually get an EGOT.  Unfortunately, there’s absolutely no way she’d ever be motivated enough to pursue a Tony, though — she’s barely motivated enough to release/promote new music.
