I really doubt any big stars will release albums until it's clear when touring can come back. Fo example, if Adele was indeed thinking of releasing this Fall I would venture to say that's gonna be delayed, they won't waste Adele's comeback in a market of high unemployment numbers, retail being shaky and no tour attached to the project, the same could be said for other big names as well. Although I do see someone like Drake who just puts out 120-track albums filled with farts just putting something out and killing the game because, um, because, um... You know. 

 

Gaga was just very unlucky that the pandemic, economic crisis, civil unrest all happened at a point where she could really not pull the plug on the start of the era. 

 

I just hope this forces her to release an EP or re-release of Chromatica or even another album before going on tour next summer(Assuming stadium tours will be possible by then, which I'm 95% they will) because I love this sound from her and I'd even say there were some 90s dance sounds she didn't tackle here she could really venture into in some sort of re-release or something.
