The streams aren't going down that much, it's been stable in the #10-#12 range on Apple Music US since it's second week and Spotify has only gone down 3M daily at most WW which is very small when only looking at US #s

 

Pure sales are the same as last week, which makes sense, it's been #1 on iTunes for a couple days now.
