Then is why Madonna still the most successful, bestselling, biggest female artist of all time? Also didn't she have most watched segment at the Vma's this year and was the most googled searched that night, not Taylor.

Madonna had the most watched segment with 15 million, the show ended with 8 million, but Taylor is at her peak and has more longevity? She should've brought in more views or at least maintain those figures. Her songs aren't even doing well internationally but she's a global superstar.

How could it be front loaded when it was still number 1 and top 10 for long period on international charts, the album was just certified in Spain and Italy by the way. Also, if were talking about front loaded how do we ignore Taylor? Her recent material had a 51% drop; her second week sales for her albums always drop by 80 to 90% because it's not organic.

Is this joke? Her album just went to number 1 in 18 countries and didn't she get some hit singles from her latest album, maybe not over here but elsewhere. Also, at this point in Madonna career, she was outselling Swift, Music sold over 11 million copies and the song itself was the biggest in the world going to number 1 20 something countries.

It's a remix for a remix album, I don't think anybody was expecting anything from it.

So, what about Madonna and Michael? Both have been described as icons on occasions, Madonna team even used to have a special club or website back in 2005 called icon.

I said this myself and have to remind people there was more demand for her last tour then there ever had been while people were laughing because she was doing arenas.

The album already sold over 500,000 worldwide and she's just been nominated for 11 Vma's not to mention the album is still on other charts, I'm not sure why people act as if the US in the only chart that exists it's not even her strongest market. She also just got another top 10 hit in the UK extending her record.

Unfortunately, she and her team don't do much to put focus on her 90's material either.
