goodbye 'Midnight Sun' era

Featured Replies

with what seems to be the last single of the era, Zara closes this chapter of her career with an era that will be remembered in Pop music forever, if she had to leave a legacy behind, it'll always be this era.

I've got so many memories attached to the entire album that today feels a bit sad, anyhow, watch the new music video now and have a cry along

My fave summer song from this decade definitely
The video is so special to me too heart one of the most life changin pop songs i ever listened
People say she needs her lightining in a bottle thing....but midnight sun was that. It shifted something

The album was so much fun. The aesthetic and all the viral things and memes jonny I cant believe this happened
So surreal how we went to oblivion flop khya asylum near dropped by label to all this success-acclaim-love and happy energy

This era hits harder if you look her amazon documentary with the makin off this album.

eurosummer, crush remix, AND MAYBE girls girl needed to be singles
it seemed like a short era

such a fun era

saw her live @ MadCool and she's such a great performer, she wasn't even in the main stage and the crowd was HUGE and wild for her, she's so loved

but it's what she deserves, she's so nice and talented

top 3: midnight sun, blue moon, hot & sexy

We must have lived different eras.

a huge win for her

hopefully the next era has equally excellent art direction and publicity, if people focus on the music quality too much it's over flower

If by **** you mean TikTok, then yeah

I wonder what will be her next era like

Honestly I would want her to do electro-dance pop, very sexy and sleek in style of Fever by Kylie

Easily the most exciting current pop girl we have, and I'm so glad she quietly smashed with the Euro sound.

She's a talented beautiful girl, and I also wonder what her next era will be like. She's done let's say 'more US leaning' sound with Ain't My Fault, but her euro sounding songs are what's smashing. I'm saying this because I'm wondering whether her label will try to re-market her in the US, but that'd most likely mean the change in sound, and changing the sound that drastically could potentially alienate her new fanbase/gp.

Nevertheless, I'm manifesting smashes left and right for her next era

I listened to it in full a couple of weeks ago and was shocked by how terrible it was. There was not a single gem to be found. But I like her personality so hopefully the next one will be better. cm
