Ariana. Much much more consistent. Britney even has some filler albums, let alone filler songs.

Blackout is Britney's only album to have a good full body of work.

I've only heard Britney's discography, so I voted for Ariana.

The highs on Britney's albums dont compare to anything on Ariana's albums and I don't get the criticism she has no solid albums? Britney, In The Zone, Blackout, Circus and Femme Fatale are all great.

Both disco are good but I prefer Britney since I grew up with her.

Britney despite not having the consistency of hits to me personally have a better overall discography.

Ariana has the vocals but I always say this - she has all the hits but still her music sounds of its time, not one song feels legendary like Toxic, Oops or BOMT.

This trend of saying Britney has filler albums is insane. Anything from Britney to Circus sound like straight up smashers (could arguably include Oops and FF, although I do think these sound dated)

I think Ariana's discography already sounds a bit dated. Her best album is ES (which doesn't even touch Blackout) and all of her other albums are several steps below that one.

Britney has much higher highs, to me her best moments are far more timeless and iconic.

Ariana's discography is carried purely by her vocals it's the unfortunate truth, but it's not enough. There isn't much special there to me. Her consistency comes from the fact that it's all mid.

Btitney's discography is carried by unique points of view, stylized vocals, and killer production

I struggle to think of anything as interesting as even State of Grace in Ariana's discography, let alone behemoths like Toxic

This is a genuine question, what are the lower lows? The only true lows I can think of in Britney's discography are Britney Jean and Pretty Girls.

With that said, Ariana has the more consistent discography but I think that's... easy to say, given the circumstances.

Love both, Britney wins best single & best album, but Arianna has a great discography

Ariana doesn't have a Blackout but she has a beautiful voice

BOMT is also not a very good album but I am mainly referring to Britiney Jean with this comment, truly a stain on her discog

Additionally there are big gaps between her "good" and "great" albums. ITZ and Blackout are waaay better than Femme Fatale or Britney. Whereas tbh a lot of Ariana's discog kind of blends into one.

Agreed on Britney Jean and FF (it's probably my least favourite Britney album)

I don't think My Everything is that much better than BOMT and I think Britney is overall a better album than any of Ariana's bar ES (...maybe, but I might be biased here)

She gets treated way better than any other mpg on here tbf. She wins every poll and it's really easy to see who is an Xtina Stan because they're the only ones who attack her.

I think Britney has way better standouts and classics. Maybe Ariana could catch in more time. I don't use Britney's earlier albums but blackout circus and 80% of fatale are great in singles and album cuts

I love Ariana but there's at least 4 Britney albums I would take over any of hers so yeah, Britney.
