No and I don't think I ever will, but to each their own. It's none of my business if people want to use injectable peptides or looksmaxx but it just isn't for me. I'm happy to eat healthy and exercise

peptides is a wide Term , a peptide is just an amino acid found in the body from what i understand ( although some are 'synthetic ' peptides ) . you can get them in the form of anything - topical , nasal sprays , drinks , skincare … in This case it's the injectable ones I'm referring to , which is how the gym bros and looksmaxxers are taking them thing

what is your c*cktail if you don't mind me asking and what benefits have you seen ??

I was going to get on monjaro/tirz through my Dr for food noise, but I've been reading about Reta for a few years now, so I chose that one if I'm going to do my own prescribing. I started Glow as well BPC. I also do my own Botox lmao. All in all costs me about $200 for about 6 months supply.

I love the Reta so far. I'm losing weight at a healthy pace, I'm not over eating. I have energy to go to the gym, and thankfully I've avoided most of the side effects like nausea, diarrhea, headaches, etc. I'm excited to go back to my doctor in a few months and see what he says.

The Glow is amazing! I've seen noticeable changes in my skin, but I HATE having to do it every night and it's actually painful so I will probably quit when I run out.

BPC is for an injury with chronic inflammation, and I've noticed a change… but idk I could go without it as well. It's just a lot of injecting

oh wow . Im probably going to replace my GHKCU with the Glow blend , only reason I didn't start out with Glow is because i heard if you start with Glow and you have a bad reaction it's hard to tell which ingredient is causing the bad reaction . but im doing great on GHK so will move to Glow with my next order .

doing your own botox is an eat jonny i do Dr Lipo V+ in my jawline / chin which is 40 injections each time and im starting to see a noticeable difference ( i had a turkey neck from losing all the weight )

No idea what any of that means, but I'm naturally skinny with slightly defined abs and a young-looking face, so the answer is probably no.

Every day I learn new things on this app

What are they for?

a huge variety of things ,

i take :

Melanotan 2 for natural tanning / increased melanin production ,

Retatrutide for appetite suppressing and weight loss aid ,

GHK-CU for skin health , anti-ageing & hair growth / health

i have also looked at NAD+ for increased mental focus but im not 100% researched on that one yet so not jumping in . there are tens upon tens of others that do different things . some are sketchy . some are better researched than others . there are some i wouldn't go near with a 10 foot barge pole .

I was thinking about NAD+ but the people who promote it freak me out. I've heard so many good things though and it's not expensive

glow takes a while to show up like…. Maybe a few months but it looks so good. Like I said though I don't like injecting so much, and I feel like a drug addict with so many insulin needles in my trash 😱😱😱😱😱

I've considered using peptides, specifically Retatrutide.

The main reason I haven't yet is that I've noticed that many fitness influencers I follow who use steroids and peptides have aged significantly over the past few years. Maybe it's the steroids and not peptides, I don't know. But it's known that things that accelerate muscle growth also accelerate your aging.

Unless your appearance is part of your career, I don't think the health and aging risks are worth it. Influencer's livelihood depends on their supernatural appearance. Ours probably doesn't.

I've had a ripped and shredded body with a 6 pack (almost 8), defined chest, 8-10% body fat, etc. It took a lot more work than with these artificial shortcuts BUT it was still obtainable naturally.

Wtf is "food noise"

Only thing I can think of when thinking of "food noise" other than some ridiculously annoying vapid made-up terminology is when Lil' Kim put out that mixtape/remix song where she was talking about stuffing bananas in her *******. (As I think of the sound of her mushing it in her ass)

im so confused i thought ozempic was for weight loss? why are bodybuilders on ozempic confused

I use a Korean peptide serum but I don't do anything injectable. I just thought it was a skincare product, I didn't know it could be used for weight loss.

no, I'd never inject stuff like those into my body, do we even know long term effects? I eat healthy and work out 6 times a week

This is how I felt, like there hasn't even been sufficient research done on it but a dude I'm talking to (kinda) is on them and he's lost like 20 pounds in less than 2 months and looks amazing. He also goes to the gym daily and plays sports so he's super active on top of taking them but I'd be lying if I said I'm not thinking about it.

from what I've seen it's like an enhanced version of ozempic - you lose weight, it helps with your skin, help u look younger, etc.

I'd always been naturally skinny but a few years ago I started a medication that made me constantly hungry. I'd kept a balanced diet before, but while on those meds I started craving things I never had before. Just constantly thinking about the next meal and I gained so much weight.

I started retatrutide last November to get back on the right track and so far it's been great. I started at an extremely low dose and am mostly using it as a buffer to make it easier to re-establish healthy habits. But I don't want to stay on it forever, so I'm nervous about what will happen when I eventually stop injecting. Will my healthy habits be strong enough?

that's a very common Fear , i have a colleague who was on Reta for 6 months and lost 6 stone . she had the same fear as you but she bought a treadmill as she was coming off Reta and has been really good at maintaining her healthy habits . don't rush yourself off of it , only do so when you Truly believe you're Strong Enough.mp3 to take the wheel on your own ! it is amazing how Reta can completely rewire your brain when it comes to food though .. some people ask me to describe it and i really can't do it justice

you know what i would've agreed with you with the "food noise" thing until i started Tirzepatide. now i don't even think about food anymore. i could have a full course meal in front of me and i wouldn't bat an eye
