When did P!nk peak artistically?

Featured Replies

According to your own opinion, when did P!nk peak artistically?

P!nk is nominated for the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame so whenever you drop one of her songs, make sure it's Hall of Fame worthy!

Funhouse and it shows. she has basically repeating that era ever since, even down to the circus aesthetic. That era, its sound and its image are how the public will remember her forever.

Funhouse was the last album where I found her interesting as an artist. TTAL has some cute songs

Right here IMEOO (In My Entirely Objective Opinion)

Funhouse was the last album where I found her interesting as an artist.

TTAL has some cute songs

Trust Fund Baby was one of her best songs in years tbh.

Funhouse has Sober, I Don't Believe You, AND Please Don't Leave Me, so definitely that

I prefer I'm Not Dead to Funhouse but Funhouse was definitely another artistic peak for her and probably her last great album.

When she released 'Family Portrait'

Came close a few times tho (Who Knew, Trouble, Sober) but never managed to top that one

Blow Me is one of the few songs I would classify as a guilty pleasure. An expression I hate but once in a blue moon applies, especially for someone I detest like Pink.

While people has shown lots of appreciation for P!gga, I think she peaked artistically with Funhouse/TTAL. The latter is not a perfect work, but it still contains career highlights like "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" and the excellent "Try", although there are some duds there.

I think she stopped trying after TTAL..

Hurts 2B Human and Trustfall were quite abysmal albums, so was Beautiful Trauma besides a few highlights.

With Can't Take Me Home, tbh. Most Girls, Private Show and You Make Me Sick are one of her best songs and the whole album is very good, despite all the negative critics. sorry

In terms of sound probably Funhouse, vocally on TTAL.

Musically: I'm Not Dead

Artistically: Funhouse

There's a reason both became the blueprints of literally the entirety of the rest of her career

She kinda peaked back to back three times (Try This, I'm Not Dead, Funhouse), but then the downfall that started with TTAL was exponentially worse. Waiting For Love remains her masterpiece.

Spoiler

This one is a bit of a later-day career highlight too, though:
