Yeah yeah I get it

Somehow for me it is not sad I don't know why, it makes me feel slightly melancholic but peaceful at the same time

The album is an amazing piece of work and Im so happy cause I was worried with initial singles. That all what matters, we can each set up our on order of tracks

This album still has me in a chokehold, it's so lush and the way it's absolutely skip-free, there's not one second I feel is unnecessary

I was also kinda thinking that I Could Get Used To This might actually be the perfect opener. Not only due to some of the lyrics ('step into my secret garden'), but the title suggests some kind of finality which is a great introduction to the final piece in a trilogy. Like it's been great, I could get used to this, but this is the end of the night. There's also nods to the previous two albums ('pleasure's just around the corner' - WYP?, 'let me show you what feels nice' - That! Feels Good), it's really like the summary of her disco era

So after a week or so of letting the album settle with me, I can say:

• Sauna is now in my Top 5 favorite Jessie Ware songs ever (that's from a day 1 Devotion fan I would add)

• SB >>>>>>> TFG.

• I honestly get why she framed SB as the proper close to the WYP, TFG, SB trio/era.

Sauna is doing twice the streams of all the other singles on Spotify without any playlist push at all.

She definitely sabotaged herself a bit by not making it a pre-album single. It's not my absolute favorite but it's definitely the catchiest song. Kind of the "Freak Me Now" of the album, which she also didn't release until after the album. Hope Sauna gets its chance too (without Roisin).

I agree, "Sauna" is the most commercial song with a general appeal she could have release, promote in club and with remixes and ... she didnt

My bottom two songs are Automatic and I Could Used to This, and both of them were singles the album tracks + Ride are great though. Fingers crossed the rumors of a re-issue are true and she goes all out à la Platinum Pleasure

I've finally settled on my top 5 from this album I think:

1. Chariots of Love interlude / Sauna

2. Don't You Know Who I Am?

3. Mon Amour

4. Superbloom

5. Love You For

The singles although amazing and excellent were the worst choices to be honest. I don't know who was whispering in her ear on what to choose but that's why she didn't get #1; if she would've done "Sauna" as the lead and then "Superbloom" that would've been genius.

ENTIRE album still on HEAVY HEAVY ROTATION

Went to (another) of her acoustic sets, it was really cute. She had Gretel open who I just got into a couple weeks ago, and her mum came out for part of the Q&A and gave us all a good laugh.

She said she's absolutely happy with No.2 and had the best time with the chart battle, she also performed Alone and Champagne Kisses

That sounds awesome! And Yas at CK and Alone... I love that she loves (and is still so proud of) her discography. IDT I've seen her speak ill of anything she's done?

"Don't You Know Who I Am?" is very mother of the house Drag queen number. Reminds me of "I Will Survive."

Really cool she collaborated with Tom from Jungle. His backing vocals were so clear on "No Consequences" and that surfer funk vibe can be heard in other songs like "Superbloom."

You can also hear the Barbra Streisand on "16 Summers," which I love. It would be an adult contemporary holiday hit if she wanted.

"I Could Get Used to This" is such a funny song tittle. I wonder if they came up with it with the intention of getting a viral song or have some luxury hotel franchise license it for an ad.
