This is a great question. We have internal policies that have multiple people review reports and warnings, we also do audits every quarter.

I then re-made the gif to be 200x200 and sharpened it so it looked better at that size but is this the norm or was I doing something wrong when I originally uploaded my gif? If they're supposed to be 200x200 then that's completely fine by me. I'm just a little confused.

Avatars work best at 125x125px and when it pops up asking you to crop it, just push the X to close it (rejecting the crop).

It's suppose to be 200x200 but you even can upload 150x150 if you want to use longer gifs. If your avis are HQ they will look good even when they're smaller

I just saved my gif as 200x200 and sharpened it before I saved and exported and it looks great.
