The way EGO Winner Lady Gaga can take a detour into Hollywood every now and then (and get acclaimed/awarded for it) but no one in Hollywood who could cross over and have the career she's had as a musician.

I think we need to talk about how Lady Gaga had an nose job in early 2013 the same time she disappeared for her hip surgery. When she re-emerged, she also started singing with her current "throaty" theatrical vocal style different than her old. She also started behaving differently. I'm starting to think something deeply traumatic happened to her. She changed a lot all at once. I really hope she's alright

She just grew up

I'm glad she's moved on from that period. become an actress, and is now a decade later having acclaim repeaks with pop music.

We don't need to talk about it. If something was wrong with her, she'd have retired and be getting high as a kite on perscription drugs leading to her arrest.

Gaga has always been honest with her fans. She's doing well

"something traumatic happened to her"

She faced a life changing injury and all her circle cared about was getting her back on the road and planning bigger, more desperate, riskier stunts that would damage her reputation. A lot of people who she made millionaires were ready to turn their backs on her the second she stopped being a cash cow. This all happened AFTER she wrote princess die and was already in a horrible place mentally. She has publicly discussed this trauma since it was still publicly unfolding.

She did not have a nose job. She gets filler in her nose to change the shape. Theres a difference
