I agree 100% but Gaga's best bet would be appearing as a guest imo, and even that feels unlikely She doesn't seem that close to many artists (Bruno, Ari, Abel, Benito, etc) and most of those options are either already done or would likely pick someone else as their first choice

Plus, the SB always demands the classic hits. She has newer ones, but the GP still mainly want to hear PF, JD and BR which are still out-streaming most of her catalog 17+ years later.

I think Poker Face, Bad Romance, Born This Way repeats plus Shallow, ARUTW, Abracadabra and DWAs is already strong setlist. Throw in the songs snubbed from the first SB: Alejandro, LoveGame and Bloody Mary and she already has a case to perform again right now.

If Gaga is performing a full set, she'd be kind of obligated to perform some songs again. She can switch them up still. If Beyonce did the set again I would also expect her to sign Crazy In Love too.

While I do think Natalia was a talented writer, their approach in trying to break her as an artist was wrong. I don't think there ever would have been room for both of them in the industry, it was way to soon for Gaga to be replaced.

Gaga had the girls so shook. The way they would panic everytime an interviewer would ask them about her. Natalia Kills in this case was clearly gagged and rightfully so because she knew damn well her label were trying to push her as the next Lady Gaga.
