Yeah besides Gaga, the PVA winners were Andrew and Cirkut (Producers) & Serban, Brynce, and Paul (as Engineers/Mixers).

He shouldn't have even been nominated. It makes me think of how the Spotify charts conveniently had issues the weekend where his album was bombing commercially. The industry seems to realize he's struggling and therefore is going out of their way to do favors.
